What really stood out about Cliff was when we put in an offer on a great home, but water damage was found in the inspection. We were unable to reach an agreement with the seller on repairs and were very stressed about the potential costs. When we decided to terminate the offer Cliff was supportive, and calm and assured us we would keep working together and find something better.
